About AJ Andalucia

Welcome to AJ Andalucía Estates — where real estate meets family tradition, deep local roots, and decades of experience on the sun-kissed shores of La Costa del Sol.

Our story begins in 1973, when our father first arrived in Marbella and fell in love with its charm, vibrancy, and promise. Over the years, he’s witnessed the transformation of the region — from sleepy coastal towns to the glamorous golden era that made La Costa del Sol a global destination. With a treasure trove of anecdotes and insights, he’s not just a guide to the area — he’s part of its living history. Clients often say that a conversation with him is like stepping into a time capsule, rich with stories and wisdom.

Andrew has been helping clients navigate the property market for over 20 years. With leadership roles such as Area Manager in Viva Estates Sotogrande office, his expertise spans luxury developments, strategic investments, and relocation services. In 2005, he founded AJ Andalucía Estates with a clear mission: to offer honest, personalized advice to those dreaming of life in southern Spain.

Today, Andrew and his son Juan continue that mission with passion and integrity. Whether you’re looking to rent a beachfront apartment, buy a countryside villa, or relocate your family to this stunning region, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Our clients aren’t just transactions — they become part of our extended family.

Come visit us, share a coffee, and let’s talk about your future in La Costa del Sol. We know the land, the lifestyle, and the little details that make all the difference.
